Strength Program
We have developed our program over the past five years. We have
made slight changes, tweeked our system, and have always had
tremedous results in the offseason. We have a minimum average gain in
strength of over 25 pounds per lift per 8 week period. The program is
very specific. We use a computer program to generate workouts that
give specific weights and reps for each lift. The athletes are
responsible for giving us feedback on their workouts, so they lift
the optimum weight for them to gain strength. If you are interested
