"Worst to First" is a former coaching staff who
turned around two separate High School football programs. We
transformed misery into success. Our team exploded from a 1-9 record
to 8-2 in one season. We then took over a program that had won only 3
games each of the previous two seasons. We immediately went 8-2 and
made it into the state playoffs in Florida Class AAAAA. We believe
that running a specific program, applied by any coaching staff, will
realize the same results that we have experienced. It is a simple
